Dow drops nearly 350 points on losses in Johnson & Johnson, Chevron stocks

The Dow Jones Industrial Average is in a selloff Friday morning with shares of Johnson & Johnson and Chevron delivering the stiffest headwinds for the index. Shares of Johnson & Johnson JNJ, -4.10% and Chevron CVX, -2.61% have contributed to the blue-chip gauge’s intraday decline, as the Dow DJIA, -0.78% was most recently trading 348 points, or 1.1%, lower. Johnson & Johnson’s shares are off $5.84, or 3.5%, while those of Chevron have fallen $2.52, or 2.8%, combining for a roughly 55-point drag on the Dow. Also contributing significantly to the decline are Honeywell International Inc. HON, -1.76%, Walt Disney DIS, -2.65%, and Amgen Inc. AMGN, -1.87%. A $1 move in any one of the 30 components of the benchmark results in a 6.58-point swing.
