S&P 500 Hugs Flatline While Dow Rallies

The Dow Jones Industrial Average rose about more than 150 points Monday, as the blue-chip benchmark mounted a comeback following last week’s slump. 

Stocks across the Dow rose 0.5%, including UnitedHealthGroup, Boeing and Home Depot , putting the index on pace for its first gain in six trading sessions. Meanwhile, the S&P 500 and Nasdaq Composite hugged the flatline.
