Dow's 63-point climb led by gains for shares of Goldman Sachs, Boeing

Shares of Goldman Sachs and Boeing are posting strong returns Monday afternoon, sending the Dow Jones Industrial Average into positive territory. The Dow DJIA, +0.16% is trading 63 points, or 0.2%, higher, as shares of Goldman Sachs GS, +4.21% and Boeing BA, +3.65% are contributing to the index’s intraday rally. Goldman Sachs’s shares have climbed $14.83, or 3.9%, while those of Boeing are up $7.14 (3.5%), combining for a roughly 145-point bump for the Dow. American Express AXP, +2.53%, Apple Inc. AAPL, +2.40%, and JPMorgan Chase JPM, +2.41% are also contributing significantly to the gain. A $1 move in any of the benchmark’s 30 components results in a 6.59-point swing.
