Joanna Bailey, head of the banking and financial fraud litigation department at the Anglo-Italian firm Giambrone & Partners, acted for Fabrizio D’Aloia, an Italian engineer, who is trying to recover about £2 million of cryptocurrency that he claims was stolen.
