Priced at $689,500 (equivalent to $278 per square foot), this single-family residence, constructed in 2003 and situated in the 8700 block of N.W. Kearney St., Portland, was sold in December. In November, a single-family residence, with four bedrooms and three bathrooms, located in the 4300 block of N.E. 182nd St., Vancouver, changed ownership. The property, covering 2,392 square feet, was built in 2024 and was sold for $686,465, which calculates to $287 per square foot. The lot size encompasses 4,522 square feet. The deal was finalized on Nov. 27.
