A one-time strip mall tycoon was sentenced to 5 years in prison on Tuesday following a failed bid at manipulating WeWork’s pre-bankruptcy stock price.

Jonathan Larmore was found guilty of fraud last year following a weeklong trial. Prosecutors alleged he cooked up a fake tender offer in an attempt to manipulate the stock price of the co-working space company.
