A house in Cortlandville that sold for $305,000 tops the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales in Cortland County between Sep. 27 and Oct. 10.

In total, two residential real estate sales were recorded in the county during the past two weeks, with an average price of $215,000. The average price per square foot was $119.

The prices in the list below include real estate sales where the title was recorded from the week of September 27 to the week of Oct. 10 even if the property may have been sold earlier.
