A house in Ithaca that sold for $500,000 tops the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales in Tompkins County in the past week.

The county saw a total of 13 residential real estate sales during the past week, averaging $375,136. The average price per square foot was $227.

The prices in the list below include real estate sales where the title was recorded during the week of Dec. 1 even if the property may have been sold earlier.

10. $325K, detached house at 160 King Road E

The sale of the single-family home at 160 King Road E in Ithaca has been finalized. The price was $325,000. It was built in 1920 and has a living area of 1,566 square feet. The price per square foot was $208. The house features 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The deal was finalized on Oct. 29.
