A house in Cortlandville that sold for $520,000 tops the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales in Cortland County between Nov. 9 and Nov. 22.

In total, eight residential real estate sales were recorded in the county during the past two weeks, with an average price of $268,125. The average price per square foot was $157.

The prices in the list below concern real estate sales where the title was recorded from the week of November 9 to the week of Nov. 22 even if the property may have been sold earlier.
