T-Mobile is relocating from 283 Walt Whitman Road. The new store, next to the new Barnes & Noble, is expected to open by June. Sohni Management LLC purchased a 3,000-square-foot mixed-use building at 960 Fulton St. in Farmingdale for $575,000. The two-story building has two apartments over ground-level retail space.
