An Irish finance unit of the group behind global retail giant Ikea has paid €1.1bn in dividends to its parent group over the past two years.

Ingka Investments Financial Assets Ireland manages part of the liquidity of the Dutch-based Ingka Group by trading in equities, securities and other instruments.
