In April, the stock market will observe 11 holidays. Investors will not be able to place any trades in the market during these days. Apart from weekend holidays, the markets will also remain closed for Shri Mahavir Jayanti, Dr Baba Saheb Ambedkar Jayanti, and Good Friday.

Stock Markets Closed On Ambedkar Jayanti?
The stock markets will be remain closed on April 14, on the occasion of Dr Baba Ambedkar Sahib Jayanti. Since the holiday falls on a Monday, the markets will remain closed for a long weekend and investors will be able to enjoy a long holiday.
Additionally, markets will also be April 18 for Good Friday, allowing another long break from the market. Therefore, investors are advised to schedule their trades according to the stock market holiday list.
