The company has signed five Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) with strategic partners in the shipbuilding, port, and infrastructure sectors. The company and its partners will explore and jointly develop projects across multiple domains: newbuild construction, ship repair, construction of green tugs as per GTTP specifications, development and maintenance of port infrastructure, jetty and berth development, multimodal logistics and last-mile connectivity, and related civil, rail, and ropeway infrastructure for ports and terminals.

Additionally, the company has signed a contract with Carsten Rehder Schiffsmakler und Reederei GmbH & Co. KG in Hamburg, Germany, for the construction of four hybrid multipurpose vessels worth $62.44 million.

Garden Reach Shipbuilders & Engineers was quoting at Rs 2,715.00, up Rs 109.70, or 4.21 percent.

It has touched an intraday high of Rs 2,760.00 and an intraday low of Rs 2,673.00.

It was trading with volumes of 1,666,942 shares, compared to its five day average of 3,553,100 shares, a decrease of -53.08 percent.

In the previous trading session, the share closed down 0.80 percent or Rs 21.10 at Rs 2,605.30.

The share touched a 52-week high of Rs 3,538.40 and a 52-week low of Rs 1,184.90 on 23 June, 2025 and 03 March, 2025, respectively.

Currently, the stock is trading 23.27 percent below its 52-week high and 129.13 percent above its 52-week low.

Market capitalisation stands at Rs 31,100.87 crore.
