The Dow is over over 150 points, the S&P 500 is in record territory and the Nasdaq Comp is surging 1.4%. But the number of declining stocks are outnumber advancers 1,733 to 974on the NYSE and 2,313 to 1,796 on the Nasdaq.
What’s helping boost the Nasdaq at least is the larger, more active stocks. Because despite the negative breadth, the volume of advancing stocks is making up 59.3% of total volume.
