Shikun & Binui Real Estate is launching today a comprehensive media campaign for its flagship project OLAM – Neve Ayalon in Or Yehuda. The campaign will appear on television, radio, digital platforms, billboards, and social media – as part of a strategic initiative to present a new residential model based on values of belonging, community, and advanced urban living.

The campaign is built around a unique collaboration with two partners – artist Kobi Oz and Olympic judoka Raz Hershko – who each embody the project’s values in their own way: Culture, Israeli identity, excellence, social resilience, and community.

The OLAM project includes 600 residential units, 252 of which are part of the “Buyer’s Price” program, and offers an advanced urban living experience in a new neighborhood located at a central transportation junction – between the Mesubim Interchange and Savion Junction, and near the Purple Line of the light rail.

“The investment in a dedicated campaign of this kind reflects our belief in OLAM as an exceptional residential space – one that offers not only high quality of life but also a vibrant community and meaningful living,” said Avishai Kimeldorf, CEO of Shikun & Binui Real Estate. “The choice of Kobi Oz and Raz Hershko is not merely aesthetic – it is value-based. OLAM is intended to reflect Israeli society at its best – smart, connected, and progressive.”

The project was designed with a systemic, long-term vision, including meticulous planning of educational institutions, green spaces, leisure areas, advanced infrastructure, and convenient public transportation – out of a commitment to creating a complete, high-quality living environment that encourages community involvement.
